Homer N. Saminiano

Principal Architect

A Professional Architect with over 15 years of experience handling various projects. Had worked and led a team of young Architects in designing several hospital and healthcare projects across the country. He also took part in establishing a construction company as member of the board and director handling selected projects. Focus driven on excellence, he now pursue to build a name of his own through AeCH Architectural Design Studio. The company now showcases his work on different facets of his skill on architectural design delivering new trends of innovations and solutions to satisfy the dynamic vision of every client.

Mara I. Saminiano

CPA Partner

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas. With 13 years of experience as Certified Public Accountant. Although currently heading the Internal Business Process, Procurement and Accounting Services for Asia Region in one of the leading global companies, she manages to take care of this business' Financial aspects for transitions, planning, analysis, implementation, controls, and strategic development.

Andrew N. Saminiano

Business Development Associate

Andrew is an Industrial Engineer from the Mapua Institute of Technology. Among his notable projects apart from contracting residential houses were the Emergency Operations Center of a city in Mindanao, having served as head of the DRRMO. He was also responsible for the setup of SM Mall of Asia's entertainment offering that includes the Olympic sized ice skating rink, the very first director's cinema and the first IMax in the Philippines. Andrew is an entrepreneur and an artisan who partners with and trains the disabled in producing leathergoods. He is also a Christian missionary who supports pastors in far flung provinces to empower them to continue their divine mission for the glory of God.

Aurico G. Paragas

Project Manager Associate

Butch was a Senior Civil and Structure Engineer (RA2 & ASSOCIATES) in which he was involved in design and engineering detailed projects, prepared cost estimates and construction schedule for office and owner’s consumption. He was a Resident Engineer for various residential/commercial and local government hospital building projects, responsible to oversee construction activities at site in strictly compliance with the contract documents. He was also designated as Construction Manager in the Facility Design and Planning Department for a private healthcare firm, technically involved in the coordination for all engineering disciplines and construction of the proposed facility/project.
