The building facade features wood like metal slats to add character to the aesthetics, but also functions as sun shade and railing as well. The reflective dark glass and gray frames depicts elegance when seen as a whole, adds up to it is the gold plated signage.

Hospital and Healthcare

Facility Design.

Infectious Disease Center

Over 200 Bed Capacity that features other hospital services such as laboratory testing, isolation rooms, central sterile supply department, dietary department, transient rooms for doctors and nurses. It also showcases an atrium surrounded with lush landscape and balconies with pocket gardens that aids to recovering patients . It also allows visitors considering passageways dedicated for them thus enabling them to visit the patient without interrupting the hospital operations.

Mixed Use and Commercial Building Design.

4-Storey Mixed Use Building

Composite wood ceiling combined with white stucco finish on walls and exposed structural members creates an impact of a tropical setting to include potted plants such as palmera makes the building facade more pleasing. Glazing frames shall be in wood print design as well it adds more to the type of design it projects. The architect included using precast concrete blocks as another design feature it reminisce the old buildings of the past.
